When decorating your room is it bad to have all the furniture one color?
I’m planning to buy all new furniture for my bedroom and so far everything I’ve picked out is black. The bed frame, night stands, bookshelves, TV stand. Is that okay or should I try to break it up somehow? There will be plenty of other items in the room that would provide color. However, I’m not sure if this is a Decorating no-no.

Buttercream Frosting/Icing
2/3 cup butter — softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cream or milk
Directions:
In a bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well. Beat in vanilla and enough cream or milk until desired spreading consistency. 1 batch frosts a 2-layer, 13 x 9-inch cake or about 2 doz cupcakes
