How do I get the dry wall ready to be painted after wall paper removed?

I used steamer, I got the Wall paper down pretty good, now I want to paint them, what steps I need to take?

To prime, what kind of primer to use?

if all of the glue and paper is off the wall wash the wall with TSP and water prime than paint

    Sand the wall if necessary then make sure it`s dust free.Then prime the walls first let dry over night.Then you are ready to paint.
